In addition to providing local Hong Kong delivery, we also provide overseas mailing services by airmail to many countries around the world.
Local delivery service:
1. For purchases over HK$1000 or above, delivered to SF Express Station/business address on free of charge basis, but for residential address the surcharge +$20. Below $800, you can choose SF Express to pay the additional service charge in the range of $30-$54 (by weight). After the order is placed, the order will be processed and delivered within 2-3 days and will be notified by EMAIL or WHATSAPP. Please note: If the order has pre-ordered goods / or out of stock it generally takes 7-14 working days to process and shipping.
2. After the goods are shipped, if you need to change the address, please contact SF Express for another arrangement. The extra cost of the mail redirection must be paid by yourself.
3. Reasons for undeliverable may include incorrect address, absentee, or unclaimed item. When we receive an undeliverable order, we will notify the customer by email/telephone and arrange for a reshipment. For parcels re-shipped in Hong Kong, an extra shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.
Overseas mailing service:
We have an overseas mailing service. We will issue overseas items by E-express/EMS. The postage is calculated by weight. The calculation method can be found on the Hongkong Post website. After the mailing, we will notify you by email/SMS message.

** There is certain risk in mailing. Customers must know from their local customs whether the product is a restricted or prohibited item and bear all the expenses incurred by the importation of the parcel. The customer is responsible for the corresponding tax and duty levied by the mail and the tax and duty will be calculated by the local post office. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by lost mail or shipping.
If the address or information provided by the overseas buyer is incorrect, you need to pay the additional postage and reschedule.
We accept overseas customers to purchase for wholesale, and we will be committed to assisting customs clearance.
Buyers are advised to use registered mailing or courier service. If the goods are lost due to the use of the surface mail, the risk of mailing is borne by the customer. All mailing risks (including mailing delay, damage, loss or accidental theft) shall be responsible only by the buyer; please check the goods immediately upon receiving the goods. If the quantity of the goods is found to be inconsistent or the style of the goods is wrong, the goods should be rejected immediately. Then the courier company should return the same to the company.
Pick-up from the store: Customers may go to the store to do shopping or pick up the goods in person. You must present the original order form or provide the order number to pick up the order.
